All I've been telling you has been accurate only that you want things to turn out your way but we've got to work with defined timelines.

We're not getting replies from a seller for your order. You were asked to provide your account details for refund, or a replacement link. You opted for the first option and still came back to label us liars saying the seller is responsive.

You've sent your details, kindly wait for your refund within the specified time-frame. I asked for the time-frame you were given, you posted that. I checked from my end and saw that the time-frame was wrong and corrected that. Did I do anything wrong by correcting a time-frame for you to enable your money come in faster?

There are different teams within Specuit Cargo handling your order, from different countries. So, if you're asking why it'd take Specuit Cargo 3-5 days to refund your money, that's because there are different teams handling your order and if there's a cause for cash back/cancellation, it can't be instant. I'm sorry about this.

@ highlighted, I'd appreciate if you post responsibly.
