We couldn't get an actual weight from Souq. Amazon has a similar item @ 6kg but this may not be correct for your selected item.

Please see the last picture sent to us via WhatsApp @ 10:37am. The items in that picture came in the tracking number via USPS: 9405**************8687 [tracking details communicated @ 4:40am on the 25th of April]; no phone whatsoever but those items.

Per the seller's details and item cost you provided, we were able to locate the package by cross-referencing them with the information on the receipt of a package that wasn't claimed; the aforementioned package came with a totally different tracking number.

I remember reaching out to you concerning the items not being what you specified. Also, I remember your reaction. Please note that we won't - and can't - bear responsibility for contents in your package not matching the info you provide[d]. And we won't issue any replacement/refund whatsoever if it occurs so. We can't - and won't - offer replacement/refund of $120+ for a Flat Rate of $12 because the contents in the tracking details don't match up. Please. I plead with you as I plead with all clients - always.

About the bolded, seller has already been informed, as usual by eBay to provide tracking details. He provided only ONE tracking details which is the one he updated, forwarded to you as received. He didn't even mention sending the package separately, not to talk of providing TWO tracking number. [I'll follow that up and know what went wrong cuz normally he was expected to ship in a package]

At underlined, I was wondering why you wanted to know the item cost and seller info, since you've NEVER requested for such since I've been using your service, I provided them exactly how you wanted it (eBay Screenshot). From the screenshot i sent, you can also see the tracking number attached (which was the one provided by the seller). Now, I'm sure you can see it clearly who caused the mix-up (seller), for not shipping together in a package, he probably thought it was going to my personal address, hence, I'll see the two. [I'll still follow up]

I'm not trying to reduce charges or bypass the shipping fee like you are thinking. Henceforth, I'll be giving you the link and pictures, if there are additional accessories, apart from the ones you mentioned before making payment and shipping to you. Also, You didn't send the invoice to me as you said yesterday. Please do. Thanks..!
