Step 1 – Disable iTunes

The first thing that you have to do to ensure that you will successfully open the line of your gadget without any interference by other apps is by disabling iTunes. If you are using a Windows computer, just open the Task Manager and end the program. But if you are operating a Mac computer, you can close it through the Apple Activity Monitor.

Step 2 – Connect The Mobile Device To Your Computer

Using the USB cable, insert one end to your Apple gadget and the other end to the port of your computer.

Step 3 – Get The Software

Download the software, which is linked above before step 1.

Step 4 – Install It

Click the executable file of the software from the destination folder of your download. Once it initiates, just confirm the installation by choosing the right response from the set of choices and by accepting the terms and conditions of its developer.

Step 5 – Install The Associated Apps

From the options that you will encounter, enable the download and installation of the additional applications that are displayed.

Step 6 – Customize Settings

Open iTunes and access its Settings. Change the “Auto” feature to “Never” then take note of your device’s IP add which you can see in the Wi-Fi section of the Settings.

Step 7 – Configure Cyberduck

Go to the “Open Connection” option of Cyberduck and enter the IP address that you got. Check and make sure that its port is also set to 22 and that the SFTP tab is active. Cut and paste or drag the file with the .app extension among the associated apps that you downloaded into Cyberduck’s Applications folder.

Step 8 – Remove SIM

Shut down your Apple gadget and remove its SIM card. Then restart it which will reveal a prompt that will let you open the line of your device.

Step 9 – Start The Process

Click the Start icon to begin the automatic process of removing the restrictions of your carrier. Wait for a few minutes for the automatic procedure to complete.

Step 10 – Test It

Upon the completion of the last step, test if your line is already open by inserting another SIM and reboot your device. If you can already use its communication features, then you just successfully accomplished the task.
