Our firm Kingsworth Properties Investment Ltd, is an estate development firm with the vision of providing affordable and conducive accommodation to middle-class of Nigeria society especially residents of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja and its environ.

In achieving our objectives Kingsworth Property Investment Ltd has developed a Social Housing Scheme with Fractional Ownership Housing Estates and Apartments Model. We have also secure support of Some Chinese firms to provide credit facilities through supply of materials for construction in a relatively new and developing environment to enhance affordability and high return-on-investment for our investors. So also have we secured mortgage facilities from our partnering mortgage bank.

In other to move our firm forward to actualize its aims and objectives, we are currently recruiting competent hands into the following positions:

1. Marketing Executives
2. Sales Representatives
3. Sales Agents


Duties of Marketing Executives And Sales Representative:

• Source and identify new and prospective clients

• Follow up on new and prospective clients

• Close sale offers and ensure sales

• Develop, plan and execute direct marketing strategy for our different Real Estate Solutions and Products.

• Source for co-operative societies and associations interested in bulk purchase of Real Estate Solutions

Qualification:

Ideal candidate must be a graduate of Marketing or Business Administration
S/He must have excellent marketing skill
S/He must not be more than 30 years old
S/He must have good understanding of Federal Capital Territory and real estate business in Abuja and its environs.
S/he must be able set work priorities, meet deadlines with little supervision and be goal setting oriented.
S/he must have a good understanding of the use of social media
S/he must have excellent communication skills and be able to build effective long term relationships

Location:
Interested applicant(s) that resides around Karu/Mararaba axis of Abuja will be considered first.

Remunerations

Our Remuneration is based on three tripods
Monthly salary
12% Commission on sales
Transport Allowance
