@ poster Hi, I doubt if you can get anything in that range of N80m in Ikeja for 1 acre, I think you should increase your budget. Shine your eyes oh otherwise you will sow a seed into people's life and such seed will cause everlasting tears. The cheapest I think you can get is between N200m to N350m. Meanwhile there is one 3.8 in a nice neigbourhood in Ikeja for N700m. The issue is whether the owner would be willing to sell 1 acre out of the 3.8.
