LIES. Please apply if you are qualified. otherwise take your lies to the ministries. You don't need to spend an eternity to polish your resume if you are qualified so 3 weeks is enough to prepare and vet a good resume for a qualified candidate.

Most of these jobs require at least 5 years post fellowship experience. They're for experienced consultants, not junior doctors. I'm pretty sure most of the people posting here don't qualify.

Fellowship of the Nigerian or W/African Postgraduate Medical College or equivalent is required. Candidates are required to have 15 years post MBBS and at least 5 years post fellowship.
