please i need to confirm if access bank forces new graduate employees to sign a bond/agreement which enforces new employees not to resign from the bank (until at least a period of 2 years) or pay a #2million fine before resignation. please i need to confirm this in other to make a choice. thanks. |

If you have an offer from them, join them. Don't let anyone scare you about bonds. If you work in a bank, two years will just pass like two weeks, becaise you are always occupied. Before you know it, the bond is over! 1 Like |
