Hello GoTv users, GoTv has included two more channels to their list on the 19th of june 2013. Mnetmovie zone , and Select sport 2. I'm already enjoying the channels. Do check them out. With time,they might include more....hopefully.

Hi. Gotv is not yet in all the states in Nigeria but they are spreading fast so be patient;I'm sure they'll get there before December.

I have two Startimes deciders gathering dusts. Are you able to watch the U-20 tournament currently on-going in Turkey on your Startime? Are you able to watch 2 marches simultaneously in the Confeds in your Startime? I do all that on Gotv. It is not all about number of channels bro. It is quality. Startimes is shyt and you know it.

70 channels for how much? I'd rather pay 5k for DSTV Compact than 4k for Startimes Unique bouquet. Crappy channels. If you are in Benin I fit dash you one of my deciders.

lols d dude is ryt though .lets be realistic hw many channels are on gotv nigeria nt up to 32 sef..(just visited their website)..no reasonable hollywood movies channels..just 1 abi 2 .sony maxx. Chikena.sports just 2-3.. Selecet select.hw many matches select dey show?...confederation cup was shown on nta sports..on nta sports u get to watch 1 premier ship match ,and a german too every week,hw many select dey show..who cares about nigeria league..abeg park well,nt to even talk of stv kungfu dat shows france league 1 and serie a match each week,abi a setanta,that givees u copa del sol,copa del rey,copa libretoras,scottish leaguea and nt to talk of mls basketball live..hw many select dey show..hw many nollywood sef.hausa youruba aam 1 and 2,in stv u get nollywood chanell up to 4(cant really remember their names)..abi a bollywood.hw many music chanell gotv get?..stv has nigezie,stv music,mtv base,primetime,c music and so on..many ent channels. the channels on gotv for its price is ok. u cnt watch mtvbase on startimes' N1,000 bouquet. besides its not abt the many channels, but the basic ones that we need to watch... gotv has soundcity,mtvbase,channel o,respectively as its music channels....I mean like seriously what more do u need? besides, how many can u watch at a time? I once owned a startime decoder and I just didnt enjoy it much so I gave it out.

As for d select sports channel,they do broadcast live matches at times with better picture quality than startimes even in bad weather conditions, gotv still delivers. mnet zone movie channel is waaaaay better than mgm with their archaic outdated low quality movies.

When it comes to breaking news,nothing beats ccn. my kids love disney junior coz of its rich cartoon content and picture quality.

The africa magic family is just a bliss. they air quality programmes like Tinsel,Edge of paradise,Us,...some east and south african soaps as well. the on going bba reality show sneak peeks and live eviction shows,...pls let's not argue. u made ur choice....and that's fine. those who went for Gotv know what they want from it.

You have said it all. The 2k Startime Classic Bouquet doesn't even match GOTV Plus. What does NTA sports 24 show? Commonwealth Games of 10years ago. Don't even compare the picture and sound quality...

The 70 channels, did u knw hw much it is? With 1500+3 months for d first time is better dan startime, gotv show live EPL & more y startime is nt.

There is now Select Sport and Select Sport2. You just wait till the season begins. Someone is saying we should stop the comparison between Startime and GOTV. Like seriously? How else can you know your money's worth without the comparism? Consider this Nickolodeon on Startime 2k (on GOTV 1500) MTVbase on Startime 2k (on GOTV 1500). I repeat that the 1k Basic bouqet on Startime is trash, the 2k Classic bouquet is no match to the 1500 GOTV. Dont even talk about picture and audio quality. Startime doesnt even have EPG in this day and age when I can program channels one week ahead on GOTV

for those looking for alternative get CTL its far better 7 sport stations 6 movies 4 news 2 cartoon 3 music station 2 nollywood I think I dont watch nollywood 15k for decoder 3k monthly.

Please, I have not been getting channels on my GOTV for a couple of weeks now!

I called their office to complain, I was told I have to make sure the signal strength of my antenna
must be above 45% for me to scan and get the channnels.

I have bought extra cables, paid technician, move the antenna to the highest possible position to no avail, it is not going above 30%.

Please, if anybody has same problem and have resolved it somehow, please put me through! My subscription is burning awway o.

Aurora iz a gr8 (science-fiction) story indeed. But when it comes to Intrigue, Suspense, REALISTIC & TOUCHING Storyline,-I give it to "PRECIOUS ROSE" (rosa diamante). The 1st four episodes got me and my families' attention.
