I know the question may sound unethical due to the fact that some ethnic groups and culture does not support prostitution, but the fact is that, there should be a check and balance.

1. Should prostitution be legalize in Nigeria regardless of culture, norms and value.

whether legalized or not, they still practise it anyway, even if it's under disguise/pretense!
However i don't think it should be legalize because we are still trying to keep our girls in school/work, legalize it and you will give them more reasons to roam around.

Many Hotels in Nigeria are operating a brothel, and instead of making it known that they are operating brothel, they keep on basterdising the image of Hotel industry in Nigeria, and people keep saying bad things about Hotel, most especially people working in Hotels or the tourist who have no where to sleep.

Many hotel operating on a short term rate and of which is not part of the hotel rule, because the sex seeker can't find a convinent place to satisfy there sexual urge like a brothel, which are not allow to operate legally in the country
