it keeps happenin to me, i am frustrated and tired, pls any solution

umpteen: @kennedyiheme are you frustrated becos you can't sleep. maybe something is really burdening you that you can't just take your mind of it.take your mind of anything burdening,eat,take a shower and go to bed.watch yourself for a week it might also be stress!contact me evabusinikkie@gmail.com

Not sure there is a remedy for it in naija b4 they start telling u its spiritual but seek medical advise first.

sleep paralysis linked with narcolepsy,migraines,anxiety disorder and obstrustive sleep apnea.no permanent cure.

Herbal for migraine and anxiety disorder and stress can work for it.not spiritual not every works in abroad.

yeah it works, long ago i heard in church dat demons flee away frm u when u drink water and salt, so bfor i sleep i take it, if i eventually forget, it wil happen, then wen i get up nd take the salt nd water it wont happen again...

May be u drink a lot of caffeine products or u eats a lot of fatty foods and junk foods
check your diets and eat a lot of fruits stop taking sleeping pills it wont help
