♓☎LL☺°˚° Chuks! Just yesterday, i browsed thru d internet, checking up for schools dat offers Culinary Arts and Hospitality mannnagement.

I already cook for people in events/occcasions, i also use to run a mobile restuarant(but its on hold @d mmoment cos of space for cooking n funds for quality). Hence, i got a job so as to raise money(and A̶̲̥̅♏‎​ still on it).

So, in d time being, trying to raise money for my business, i'll like to have a diploma or so in Culinary Arts. I want to have a broad knowledge on food and management. I dnt want to be like other REGULAR food vendors/restaurant owners. I also want myy speciality to be basically Africa delicacies. Ɣε̲̣̣̣̥§, i cud be gud on continental dishes, buh i want to be better on Africa dishes.

I live in Abuja, wish i stay in Lagos. I'd ve resgistered in your school.

And finally, i hope to run a culinary school soonest.

Okay. Thanks for ur comment. For now what we offer is still an ordinary certificate but working on something better. But our training is of international based and our curriculum for now is basically on continental dishes. We do nt run a hotel management courses for now but a total catering programme.
We run 20per theory and 80per practicals. If lagos was abroad I would have considered distance as an excuse but nevertheless you know better
