I need reliable and constant mobile access to the internet via my laptop whilst in Nigeria.  What are the best options available to achieve this?

PLease guys i am in Isiokpo in rivers state , starcomms gets here but its 1x not evdo that come and its very slow here,
i wish they have the 3g Network there,

Because of where you are you do not have the luxury of choosing,
But it want to tell you to use Starcomms and download iboost, or if can afford it go for onspeed.com.
