Reports from Chelsea FC indicate that they have signed their second transfer target. The statement on the club's official website reads:
Chelsea Football Club and Vitesse Arnhem have
reached an agreement for the transfer of Marco van
Ginkel.
The player will join Chelsea subject to a medical,
agreement of personal terms and legal documentation.

Marco is a young central midfielder and his signing certainly means that Mikel, who impressed in the Confederations Cup, may be shown the exit.
