An Engagement Proposal

Thank you for creating time to consider the proposal of Educating and Entertaining Media (EE Media)

In the short five month since its founding, the Educating and Entertaining Media has played a major role in the informing and re-orienting of minds of youths in concrete areas as it concerns their social life, health, career and a host of other ways in view.

In line to attaining her major call (the orienting of minds), EE Media has published her first and second magazine editions with the first shading lights into the mythical thoughts of youths as it concerns relationships. The second considered the less attention given to the issue of sex and genotype among youth.

May this medium serve the knowledge that EE Magazine (the brain child of EE media) is a topical Magazine and uses contemporary issues as a stand point of her publications, stressing on them and directing the minds of youths aright.
A priority need for the sustainability of this publication and the orientation of our tomorrow leaders is the engaging of skilled hands in areas of photo procurement and editing, column anchoring, and distribution. In the past, we have relied on volunteer staff who have been engaged informally.

Though this has resulted in high turnover, but the continued engaging of unskilled personnel will not only limit the professionality of this publication but will throw in a log in the wheel of the desire to inform and orient the Nigeria tomorrow leaders.

Having perceived your abilities it is the undiluted interest of this media outfit to engage you in the area of anchoring of the entertainment column mostly at this time the magazine is aiming at being a monthly published magazine than the quarterly published as it were. Also at this time it desires to run another weekly publication, EE Events.
The engagement of an entertainment columnist will earn us the jumpstart we need while we continue to implement our recently developed fund raising plan.

We believe that this proposal is consistent with the interest of EE Media to engaging an entertainment columnist, and hope that you will find it in your interest to consider it a positive dive.
