PHM – Direct Salesperson

Brief description:
Personal Health Management (PHM) is a health outfit that provides Wholegrain Foods and Food Product (Tre-en-en®) that people must eat in order to stay healthy – free from Diabetes, Cancer, Heart Disease and any disease whatsoever.

PHM – Direct Salesperson is a person that sells Tre-en-en® and Wholegrain Foods directly to people.

Tasks:
• Sell Tre-en-en® directly to two (2) people per day.
• Maintain repeat sales.
• Get 3 referrals from existing buyers.
• Keep sales record.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• OND, HND or B. Sc.
• 1 year sales/marketing experience.
• Personal desire & passion for the job irrespective of degree qualification.

Working conditions:
• You report via phone calls daily. Physical presence at office is twice a week.
• Our calendar officially has 24 working days per month.
• Targets are:
o Standard Sales:- 48 units per month.
o Minimum Sales:- 12 units per month.
• Training and reports are compulsory on Mondays and Thursdays between 10am and 11:30am.
• Failure to meet daily target and daily communication will be penalized.
• No basic pay.

Salary:
• N40,000/month – Standard Sales Target.
• Plus N12,000/month after 4 months on the job (whether you are still working or not) – Standard or Minimum Sales target.
