I have used up my MTN BIS data allowance and my BIS will actually expire on 27th of this month. I did the 2H stuff which worked for only three days and stopped working. Initially I thought it was network problem but after waiting for more than 10 hours, it became clear to me that something is wrong somewhere. Is anyone having the same experience or can someone profer solution on 2H that stopped working when the validity has not expired?

Sorry bro u'll hav to wait till de expiry date to re subscribe dats how MTN bis works. For now u can only use credit to browse on ur BB, guess u'll hav to avoid downloads.

Call MTN customer service, request to cancel your existing BIS subscription, this will be done within 24hrs, then you can do a fresh BIS subscription.
