[size=15pt]Do you know you have something in you call TALENT? So you know? Good but do you know there's different between TALENT and GREATNESS? TALENT according to Wikipedia means the skill that someone has quite naturally to do something that is hard.
Someone who has TALENT is able to do something without trying hard. It is an ability that someone is born with. it is a high degree of ability or of aptitudes. People may have TALENT for Music, Dancing, Acting, Sport or other skills. Someone who has TALENT is talented.
GREATNESS is when you utilize your TALENT to achieve the UNCOMMON. TALENT might be natural in most cases but GREATNESS isn't, you need to WORK your TALENT to be GREAT in LIFE.

How To WORK Your TALENT.
1. Know your Talent well. (Its in you, bring it out)
2. Acquire more knowledges for implementing your Talent.
3. Promote it. (Let the whole world know you can do something special)
4. Learn from your Heroes. (Their rise and fall will help you to maintain your profile)
5. Have a goal. (You must have a goal to be Great, what you don't aim you don't get)
6. Don't get too excited. (Don't let the cheers and kudos you get from fans and well wishers affect you negatively, rather let it motivate you to press forward)
7. Be Creative. (Innovation and Idea is the key to creation of wealth e.g Dre Beats idea give Dr Dre more money, and lots of other people like Bill Gate, Warren Buffet, Aliko Dangote, Mike Adenuga etc. They don't stay put to only one idea)
8. Be friendly. (In order to make friends, you have to be a friend . In order to be loved, you have to love)
9. Have faith. (Believe in yourself that you can do it, Be proud that you are a good person and do what you believe is right)
10. Work Hard, Pray Hard.

Not everybody has a natural TALENT and you don't necessary need to have it naturally before you can be GREAT. You can easily create an idea and turn it into a TALENT or you can learn from someone if you have the potential. If a fellow human being can do it, then you can do better.
The bottom line is get something out of your brain and turn it to GREATNESS.
