I want to start a business of importing Building Materials mainly finishing materials like Lighting, Bathroom, Kitchen ware. With the sudden boom in construction and development in the Lagos surronding areas, it kind of makes sense to tap into that market. The question now is which area would make the most business sense to set up a showroom? Some folks have said set up on Allen Avenue, Ikorodu road, VI etc but from past experience those areas are already developed and I dont think there is a lot of new structures going up there. Wouldnt make sense to set up a showroom there. Is this true? I dont live in Lagos that is why I might sound a bit naive about the subject. Please advice. Mowe, Ibafo, Ibeju-Lekki, Ajah area? |
