PURCHASE PROCEDURE

1. The Buyer and the Seller sign the contract agreement listing terms and conditions of transaction and indicating buyer and seller banking coordinates.

2. Buyer returns Signed SPA and return with a valid vessel details to include: ( CPA, Q88, CHARTTER RECIEPT, ATL ADDRESSED TO SELLER, AND PUT THEIR INSPECTOR/SUPERCARGO ONBOARD AND SEND THEIR DETAILS & PHONE NUMBERS

3. Seller’s confirms the validity of Buyer’s vessel and Seller’s Terminal loader creates a loading position for Buyer’s vessel in Port Harcourt.

4. Buyer boards Seller’s Supercargo on his vessel to lead Buyer’s Vessel to the loading position in Port Harcourt.

5. Seller’s Terminal loader opens communication with Buyer’s vessel. NNPC’s shuttle vessels trans-ships product into Buyer’s vessel. Buyer’s Supercargo confirms product immediately.

6. Immediately after confirmation of product on Buyer’s vessel, Buyer’s Bank Swift part payment into Seller’s Account for logistics and Buyer receives soft copy of the master’s receipt and Discharge Certificate.

7. Buyer’s Q&Q Inspector conducts Q&Q analysis and submits the reports within 4 hours.

8. After Q&Q, Buyer makes payment for full cargo including that of commission Agents and hard copy of cargo documents (MR& DC) is handed over the Buyer.

9. Buyer’s vessel is allowed to sail.
