I don't know if I'm in this alone or its happening only in abuja, but recently MTN internet network has been bad (connecting and disconnecting). when are we going to get good service for our monies spent.

same here in edo,i cant even use 3g to browse since last 2weeks always disconnecting after 60sec,called deir customer care with deir so called engineer only to hear crap frm dem

MTN has been dealing with me .....I can barely open a page, even blackberry service has been very erratic ....

I kept on thinking it was going to end back then but it persisted that made me cry out. 60secs and disconnect.


is getting back ones value for money spent too much to ask from mtn?

i even thought i was d only one...i tot using torrents will help but its still the same...imagine it took me over 4hours to download a 40mb file on my p3 with mtn.. switched to etisalat jare

they ought to have the capacity to cope since they claim to be the largest network provider.


that is should downloading be the cause.

They opened their bis service to all the platforms so what else do you expect. I bailed out two months ago.

Subscribe for their monthly BIS for 1500 on wednesday but since then i haven't been able to browse and all my settings are correct. Called their cc but they are just giving me foolish excuse
