While it was hot in the city - hitting 32'C - was it really that hot that you couldn't put on a shirt Gaga?

Perhaps the starlet decided the underwear-as-outerwear look was a good opportunity to show off her new slim figure after months of reports about her weight gain.

Or she and her sky-high boots were simply enjoying the skimpy strut after being confined to a wheelchair due to recent hip surgery.
