POSITION; Cashiers and Account officers

Responsibility.
• Ability to introduce new prospects (Customer) and referrals; effectively follow up of existing customers to deepen existing relationships.
• Constantly marketing of all the Banks products and services to targeted prospects/Customer.
• Regularly opening savings and current account.
• Mobilizing fixed deposits from various customers and mobilizing deposit through saving accounts.
• Create risk assets to generate income by introducing and encouraging credible and honest customers to take up loans.
• Monitors and reactivates dormant accounts regularly.
• Confirms customer’s cheques and reverts to the banking officials for easy flow of transactions.
• Visits target markets in search of new businesses and creating banking relationship with prospects daily.
• Prompt and timely response to customers request and complaints
• Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
• Perform product demos to customers
• Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goal
• Deliver Market research Development(MRDs) and
• Product Research Development(PRDs)
with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
• Develop sales tools and collateral


Qualification and Requirements:
• Must have completed NYSC as at 2013
• Minimum of B.sc from a reputable institution
• Organized, focused, self driven ,result oriented and willing to go the extra mile
• 25 years and above
