Discount: $12/4. $8 net to Buyer (Commission shared 50/50)

Naira Price 20KMT - 50kmt of BLCO (platform loading) @ N72 LESS N4

Payment Instrument: Bank Transfer into Seller’s Account and other Facilitators, after loading of the cargo in question.


Type of delivery: Terminal/Direct loading

Delivery terms: 2-3 business days upon receipt of counter signed SPA, valid vessel details and acceptance of payment assurance from the Buyer.


Legality: Official Dollar Transaction from Bonny Terminal.




PURCHASE PROCEDURE

1. Buyer counter-sign SPA and return with a valid vessel details to include: ( CPA, Q88, CHARTTER RECIEPT, ATL ADDRESSED TO SELLER, AND PUT THEIR INSPECTOR/SUPERCARGO ONBOARD AND SEND THEIR DETAILS & PHONE NUMBERS

2. Seller’s confirms the validity of Buyer’s vessel and sends the particulars to the Terminal operators to programme the vessel for loading.

3. Seller sends Buyer’s “Corporate NOR” and Buyer’s Vessel Captain’s Confirmation/Attestation form.

4. Seller’s Terminal/Direct loading Master clears Buyer’s vessel, creates a loading position and calls her into Bonny Terminal for direct loading.

5. Buyer’s Supercargo confirms product on Buyer’s vessel and Buyer’s Q&Q Inspector conducts the Q&Q and submit his report within 3 hours.

6. Immediately after confirmation of product on Buyer’s vessel, Buyer receives signed Captain Attestation note, Q&Q report and Buyer’s Bank SWIFT payment into Seller’s Account and that of other facilitators.


7. Hard copy of all necessary cargo documents (MR &DC) is handed over to the Buyer’s vessel master.

8. Buyer’s vessel is FREE to sail away with cargo documents

SERIOUS BLCO BUYER NEEDED.

Currently a loaded 2mbbls BLCO is ready for take over for any interested & capable buyer and the procedure is quite simple.

Procedure - TTO
1. Buyer & seller sign off SPA and deposit with respective banks which becomes legally binding.
2. Seller releases pop and other related docs for buyer's review & confirmation and gives a 20M naira performance bond in buyer's favour.
3. Buyer, equallly raises a coporate cheque in of same value of 20M and send scan copy to seller.
3. SELLER, thereafter furnishes buyer/final offtaker with marine ATB & CLEARANCE to enable buyer board vessel and confirms cargo.
4. Buyer's agent boards and confirms cargo while logistics BG DROPS, LOADED. VESSEL is then moved to agreed location with Nigeria waters for Q & Q.
5. BUYER conducts Q & Q, after a successful Q & Q, BUYER PLACE FULL CARGO INSTRUMENT for ENTIRE CARGO.
THIS IN THE SUMMARY OF WHAT THE PROCEDURE WILL ENTAIL FOR THE 2M.
PRICE IS - (N84 LESS 4.) N1.50. To \Seller's side and N1.50 To Buyer's side respectively.
