SALES MANAGERS
-Aged between 35 and 40 years.
-Proven track records of selling, especially past records of penetrating the market with new products.
-Honest and with a high sense of openness in all dealings, and with records of being seen to be transparent.
- Prompt report writing and feedback to superior and subordinates alike.
-Willingness to earn part of agreed pay after achievement of agreed target.
- Very conversant with being in the market and achieving his share of the market in good and difficult times.
-Very enthusiastic about selling and cannot do without selling. Target oriented sales person.
- Exposure to good management practices in an organized company up to middle management level.
- Ready to go Sales person
- A good team player.
- A very good years of hand-on experience in FMCG

PRODUCTION MANAGER
- Aged between 35 and 40 years.
-Prompt report writing and feedback to superior and subordinates alike.
- Must be quality conscious with capacity to inculcate quality into every production process.
- Target oriented and ability to achieve personally and through others.
- ability to make an immediate impact during the probationary period of 3 months.
-Willingness to earn part of agreed pay after achievement of agreed target.
-3-5 years Hands on experience in production
