I have tried to scan through for the minimum distances of a building from the road, fence and between buildings but I haven't seen it. Does anyone know what these distances are and are they stated in this code?

Exact information I have been trying to confirm also.

Someone told me that it is 3m from the road(for streets) and 9m(for major road). Distance of building from the fence facing the road is 9m. This is not from a confirmed source.

Are there any architects in the house that can provide correct info please.
