Yenlapopo Ent is an entertainment company specializing in music promotion, marketing strategy and artists representation. Yenlapopo is NOT a record label but the company offers record label services for independent artists. Also helps independent artists, songwriters and composers get record, publishing and Film/TV deals.

The company was founder in 2004 by Oguns Shanu Matthew, a music consultant, promoter, movie maker and entertainment industry executive who has worked in A&R, FDTV, artist development, radio programming and advertising sales in major markets in Nigeria.

He worked at Jiss-Brass Associate, Fibre Digital, Angelo Film Corporation, Juniel Music, Saxi Records and Purple Saxifrige Inc. He was A&R for Saxi Records, where he helped develop Lagos-based multi talented artists Carexxx, Biola Blinkx, Muchacha, and has held other positions in the entertainment business.

Oguns has promoted singles and albums for T-Shap & Ferry (Angelo Records), Agbajahson (Juniel Music), Carexxx & Biola Blinkx (Saxi Records) and has attended music industry clinics, including Artist Management with D'pelswift and Intellectual Property, Communications, International Co-operation & National Development with COSON. He is the associate editor for Dazzle Women's Affairs Magazine.

And has also directed very popular videos such as Agbajahson's If E No Be God & My God is Good, One Minute by T-Shap, Show Me Ur Swagger by Ferry, To All My Ex by Carexxx, Omo Aiye by Biola Blinkx, Etigi by Slim Black and many more.

He is currently A&R for Latitude Records, where the label's budding act, Dr. Vee has been nominated for 3 TAVA's and received 1 TAVA award. Under his wing, Yenlapopo Entertainment has received 3 billboard new artists namely; Captee, Phena and Dessyblingz respectively.
