Indians love ginger.There is not home you get to that you won't find ginger as part of their daily recipe.It is a daily life thing for them.They usually soak the ginger in lemon juice and salt and then use for cooking.

Apart from the regular use by Indians,nutritionist had discover some many benefits of ginger.Her they are;

1.If you are not feeling hungry,then eat fresh ginger just before lunch to stoke a dull appetite and charge up your digestive system with it.

2.Ginger improves the assimilation and absorption of essential nutrients in your body.

3.It clears the micro-circulatory channels of your body.It also clears the pesky sinuses that could flare up from time to time.

4.If you feel nauseous or airsick,then chew ginger.Better still you can add a little to it and than eat.

5.Ginger is great for reducing flatulence.

6.In case of tummy aches or cramps,then take ginger and it eases off.

7.Joint pain eases off by taking ginger.This is because it has anti-inflammatory properties that help relief pain.You can as well add some ginger essential oil into your bath to help aching muscles and joints.
