It all started when I visited yahoo mail login page and I saw the advert and I decided to give it a shot.
After filling the form submitted and printed out the Acknowledgment Letter which requires I visit the nearest Branch within Two weeks.
I went to the closest branch, lo and behold the attendants/workers (or whatever they are called) were acting as if they don't know what I came for, I was directed to the upstairs where they said it is for opening a new account. After sitting for 30 minutes without any success story, I was redirected to the Customer Care where I was told to go back upstairs again.
This time around I refused and told them that I was directed to them, then I was asked to wait. After hours of long waiting, they collected my paper, asked me to write my phone number and told me that I would be contacted.
For almost two weeks, I haven't seen their missed call talk more of text message or even email.

So I will love to know if the so called social banking truly exist?
