This is what happened. Some people have been tweeting and saying Ghana's representative in Big Brother Africa (BBA), Selly has infected Nando with STD after they had unprotected sex in the house.
Then Karen Igho said something about holding herself tight when she was in BBA and some of her followers found it insulting, lol.
