Sonny Okosun was a great musician with a trademark voice. I'll say that the most exciting songs he sang were those ones done in the local dilects (bia olu ebube, idia do, oloju koloju mafe, keleya,etc) Gbosko Alhaji mourns the loss of a multi-talented Nigeria. cry

Sunny Okosuns was sick for a while before his demise.
If I remember vividly, he was once a Christian,then turned to Islam and later went back to white garment church

It is certainly sure that the good will pass away and will be remembered for their good; but the bad, their extinction is terrible and people celebrate at their exit.

One thing that dazzles me is that with all their loots, they never 'settle' death so as to escape. That makes death the ultimate end for every human no matter how highly placed.
