we dont do driver license...firstly,we will do the change of ownership. Secondly,buyin a car with a new number plate,the owner is supposed to loose the number because its his or her private property,its stated there in the vehicle document. We are going to register the vehicle afresh with another new plate and the vehicle papers that will carry your name & d new number plate...u can give me a call for more info on this
