Residents of Dandume Local Government Area of Katsina state had a scary night, last Monday, as sounds of gunshots were heard severally, over the night. The sounds which were apparently from AK47s, lasted for about 8minutes. Residents came out of their houses and gathered in groups with their close neighbours, to make it fast to take to their heels if need be. This happened around 1am, nevertheless, no one would go back to their bed untill it was dawn.
Only around 7am that morning, news eventually came, saying it was a gun battle between the Police and armed robbers. That actually brought some relief and so everyone felt better: ''At least no be Boko Boys''
