A reputable Oil & Gas Services company seeks to recruit an IT Manager to oversee its IT needs. The position is based in Lagos.
Responsibilities
Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. This role will be involved in strategic IT planning and oversight of IT performance.

Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing and service provision

Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current IT systems, including Networking, operating systems, Servers, Websites, PCs, databases telephones, software applications, and peripherals

Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
Qualification:
• First Degree in Information Technology or any IT related field.
• An additional Degree or professional IT certifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 – 5 years experience with at least 4 years experience in IT systems engineering
• Previous job related experience will be of significant advantage.
• Experience in SAP application will of great advantage.
