I dont know maybe this problem only occurs on MTN network cos that's what i use. It's very disappointing and stressful to dial a command code like checking balance, loading a recharge card and after minutes of waiting for reply you just see 'service timeout' pop up on your mobile. Sometimes it becomes serious that you have to try it multiple times but still thesame issue. I dont know why, but this problem occurs to me most during emergencies. So i'd wish everybody share his/her opinion about it cos it's not fucking right in my own opinion.

Am i the only one experiencing this problem?
