Job Title: Sales Support Engineer- FIX WIRELESS

Purpose of the Job:
To provide a technical backup for FW at the operators point and can assist the sales team by providing solutions for all issues including approvals, support and testing.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical problem solving
2. Generate market intelligence
3. Co-ordinate with operators technical team & problem solving
4. technical demo and product training ( internal & external)
5. Technical certification from the operators
6. Homologation in the local markets
7. Generate weekly reports on all issues to management
8. Propose ideas and ways of improving the company proposition

Key Requirements:

Age: Min (yrs) 25               Max (yrs) 35
Qualification: Degree/s –B.E- ELECTRONICS/ TELECOM
Experience: No. of Yrs -5-10
                    Industry- Telecom preference
                    Other- Knowledge in GSM & CDMA networks

Skill Set:

Essential - Full knowledge of cellular technology specifically GSM, CDMA and 3G, presentation skills, aggressive, willing to travel, knowledge of Nigeria mobile operators and geography.
