Castos: Just last week, i loaded #100 airtime and bundled for 10mb of data. MTN stole my money and mb aswell. I went livid and called their customer service and she told me that if it was not resolved that night, I should call back the following morning. It was never resolved so I called them that morning, after explaining myself, he appologized and said that it will surely be resolved. Till now, nothing has happened, so I decided to brake my sim into pieces but the timely intervention of my sister saved that sim. I've made alot of vows and swears unto how bad a customer I will be to MTN. I regret the day i choose MTN.

I was charged arnd N600 for browsing (nairaland, fbk and downloading 3 apps) jst frm last nyt to early hours of 2day.

Hi, pls help me out wit this, can't send pings on my BBM but I can receive pings and see updates, I can browse. Have done hardware reset so many times but still the same, have checked my substriction status and its still very active till january. What can I do to rectify it?

I'm unable to connect to the internet even though i have the correct settings and enough credit. I use a 128k sim, it just keeps trying to connect until it times out. I had the same problem, try de-registering from mtn zone and registering again.

Why did mtn removed 4k/s call rate from mtn zone tariff plan and almost fixed the call rate at 20k/s? Why will i call an mtn number at 20k/s and call other network at 42k/s? Am porting 2 GLO, GLO infinito is the best now.

MTN is not trying over here ooo !
