Document Controller
We are a known and respected construction Company based in Lagos. We are seeking for a Document Controller.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assisting company's management on technical documents, technical queries and correspondences related to Contracts, and to the maintenance of structured project documentation.
• Receipt, quality check, dispatch and follow up of technical documentation issued by contractors and to our client.
• Transmitting out of commented technical documents, and technical queries to contractors and to our client.
• Recording and internal distribution to concerned personnel
• Correspondences from contractors such as : Letters, Minutes of Meeting, Reports ...
• Assisting project team
• Ensuring that Project document management procedures are followed

Skills, Competence and Experience:
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with sound communication skills.
• Good leadership skill, Team Spirit, and Respect for deadlines.

Qualification
• Good University Degree from a recognized University with 5 years of experience in large scale projects.
