How long have you used these batteries? The symptom you shared makes me believe your battery has failed

Hi guys,

My sukam inverter (2.4kva) of less than 2 years gets fully charged in about 30mins and gets batteries (2x100ah) gets depleted when in use in less than an hour even with minimal load..

I already spent 11k as I assumed I was scammed for fixing the charging element of inverter.

Can someone advise me?

I can bliv I read all the tread in one day, you ar indeed a blessing to this generation, I wish I had seen this thread earlier, I made very costly mistake that damaged my 200ah battery rita slim, I bought a used inverter from someone when the new one I bought blew up due to overloading, while I was trying to look for how to repair. I saw it very cheap and jumped at it, only for it to damage my battery which is now very expensive.

Please is there anyway the battery can be salvaged. It doesn't charge more than 3 minutes and when load a single 16w bulb the inverter starts to make.

Note I have fixed the inverter that blew up at their service centre.

Like how much will finish dis a 5kva &1kva inverter 12units of 500va battery, 6 solar panels? Can the 5kva power a four door fridge, a 55" lcd tv, 2units of 2hp air conditioning, among other electronics perfectly

It will be difficult to get a reasonable response to your question, first, you sounded like you know exactly what you need and later you were asking if what you need is adequate. Who sized the system to know you need a 5kva & 1kva Inverter, how did you come about 12units of 500ah batteries and 6 panels etc.
I will advise you start from scratch, state each of your load and how long you want each of those to work per day. This gives a picture of your total energy demand per day, every other thing like battery capacity, solar panel requirement e.t.c will come from this information. Many thanks sir.
