Top up with distilled water, leave the lids open and charge it fully. That was what i did to mine and its fully back to life now

Sorry for the late reply, I have never used a plastic rack for 4pcs 12v 200ah battery and I do not think it's advisable. I'll advise you look for a good metal rack.
