I am reporting live from yenegoa the capital of bayelsa state. the youths here were organising a major entertainment event, we didnt know when the seven year old son of the chairman planning committee left the venue and played into the express road. All we heard were screams, when we came out they told us our chairmans (ijaw youth council) son was hit by a bus. I am on my way to the hospital right now. I will bring you more reports when i get more details

While we are waiting for more nairaland reporters to file in their reports from their various places let me quickly tell you that there is serious trafic in some part of yenegoa. All planning to travel into town should take note

From were our car is moving (trying to get to the hospital) I can hear gun shots. some say the soldier are battling thugs. some say they are just shooting in the air, I am a Nigerian reporter so dont espect me to go into the battle spot and report (i no go even near dear)

We have arrived at the hospital, although i dont know why but there is a huge crowd outside. Let me talk to some persons

Me: Nairaland

stranger: which one be nairaland. Them de share naira (money) i beg free me.

The interview did not go too well but i later went in and found out that the boy is all right (currently sleeping)
