pls i'm planning on doing a seminar but i'm out of ideas on a seminar topic to work on..... pls help

You can do something on pollen grains presence in strata of a region and how it can be used to date the given strata.

out of ideas? U hv been in a dept 4 more than 3years nd no ideas? Dats bad of u! Well try these: diagenesis of carbonate rocks,d effect of diagenesis on d porosity of sandstone reservoirs,wireline logs,ichno facies or hydrocarbon contamination in the niger delta

You don't have to be so patronizing over a very simple request.

BTW, OP, If you intend pursuing a career in the Oil and Gas industry, choose a seminar topic or project related to the industry. Companies like Exxon Mobil and Schlumberger sometimes asks for a presentation on either of them. I'd list four for you.

•Seismic Interpretion Workflow Using Schlumberger's Petrel

•Stages Of Hydrocarbon Evaluation

•Underground water contamination and remediation

•Engineering Properties Of *Choose any Rock*
