I am about starting a course on WordPress theme design. This course will teach you how to design a WordPress theme from scratch. Pls note that you need to have some basic knowledge about HTML, CSS and PHP to learn from this course. That also means you know how to install WordPress, install themes and plugins on a WordPress site, create posts, pages and the likes. If you are interested kindly signify your interest here. In this course I will teach the following things 1. Setting up your development environment 2. Understanding WordPress template files. 3. Setting up your theme folder directory. 4. Designing your first WordPress theme (note we will be designing a blogging theme) 5. Installing and testing your theme locally or on a live site. Pls note that this series will be posted on my blog. |
