Recently, it was reported that Jay-Z, the CEO of the said sports management company gave his staff $50, 000 each as bonuses! Every single person employed at Roc Nation were among the recipients of his benevolence....


One of his employees had this to say, “He’s extremely generous – most celebrities are super cheap when it comes to running their businesses. He knows if his employees are happy, it will benefit him in the long run.”646867-bmsb
Jay Z reportedly made one rule during his bonus give out, the rule was every single employee had to have fun with their money!!
Jay Z has also noted that this bonus will not affect their Christmas bonuses!
