Information Technology Support Officers X 2 (Ref: LBHR-IT0001)

Qualification & Experience

• HND/ B. Sc in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
• A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
• Professional certification (Microsoft, Oracle, Symantec etc) would be an advantage.

Job Description

Candidates must have a working knowledge of most of the following

• Server support (Installation, Maintenance and Backups)
• Active Directory/Group Policy support
• Client support
• Network support (LAN Infrastructure, Inter-site radio connectivity, Internet access)
• Mobile phones end user support
• Website support/Design/Updates (LAGBUS' website, Google Apps, Google Transit, Twitter, Facebook)
• Internet/ Intranet support
• Software/Application support (Geographical Information Systems, Intelligent Transport Systems)
• Database support/administration
• Backups (Servers, desktops and laptops)
• Anti-Virus software management/support (AV Server maintenance, updates, upgrades, renewals and distribution)
• User account management (User creation, Email, Network shares, Network Printers)
• All end user support
• UPS support
• CCTV support
• Backup power for all computers (Inverters, UPS)
• Printer/Photocopier/Scanner support
• Firewall support
• Manage third party suppliers
• IT Projects
• Procurement (Consumables)
