The Lagos state police command has begun investigation into the mysterious death of a 39 year old trader,Sylvanus Okoye.He was discovered without his penis and in a pool of blood.The trader who was a indigene of Abidi,Umu Ochi,Anambra state was found dead two weeks after he was seen by his neighbours.
His corpse was said to have been discovered after a foul odour engulfed the premises of the house,located at Ezemegbu drive,Okota.Sylvanus was know as an easy going person and an introvert.
The victim brother said he was called by the landlord that a stranger dropped his phone and house key with the security guard.When his brother got to Sylvanus house,they saw his bloated body,with a rope tied on his neck.There was also a mortar,pestle and a knife at his bed.Obviously he was murded.
Two suspects,a security guard attached to the building and a woman have been arreseted in connection with the discovery.May his Soul rest in perfect peace.
