There is AGO call and load@N110-5 and board and load@N105-5.After signing the MOU with the VALID VESSEL DOCUMENTS.For the board and load buyer is expectect to take seller's supercargo on board his vessel.From there seller's supercargo communicates with mother vessel they longside and transhipment takes place,while the paymaster/buyer stays in same place with the seller.immediately after loading is confirmed,payment takes place.

For the call and load,seller's vessel communicates with buyer's vessel,after which both buyer and seller would be in thesame place.while loading is taking place .After which,payment.
