his job is that of a coach, not a business manager, and even if he was a business manager, shouldn't there be some reward (trophy). to show his ingenuity as regards being a wonderful business manager!

the long and short if it is that he has failed and has no idea what to do with the team. even if he had ronaldo at his disposal I seriously doubt he wud win the league. afterall he had van persie there for years and nothing came out of it.
