Job Description
Top level contributor with expertise in particular business processes responsible for formulating systems/process scopes and objectives relative to the organization’s business plan and industry requirements. Provide business process consulting on complex projects over broad business areas. Leads and directs the development of new customization with design, documentation, testing and training providing alternative solutions to the business.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
• Identify problems, anticipate effects across business groups, research best practice alternatives, prepare presentations, make recommendations to the broad business community to apply customized solutions to solve business problems, drive solutions, test to confirm, gain consensus from a broad business community and implement customized solutions.
• Regularly lead cross-functional teams to implement multiple processes within a broad business function. Assign work to cross functional team members and monitor multiple project status and completion.
• Responsible for the overall analysis of problem solving to determine root cause and methods for prevention. Oversee implementation and evaluate the effectiveness of improvements in workflow and automated processes.
• Investigate and make recommendations to improve quality and accuracy, resulting in less rework, reduced error rates and overall cost reductions. Troubleshoot and guide others on a wide variety of complex problems and identify solutions within broad application and functional expertise.
• Negotiate, persuade and gain consensus from senior management, cross functional teams and business communities impacted by process implementations. Participate in and influence management for defining requirements and setting objectives.
• Work to define, drive and implement broad based conceptual issues. Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environments.

Education
• Minimum of OND/HND/BSC Result.
