As a neutral football fan, I desire a competitiveand fiercely contested league where more than two teams can realistically challenge for the title - with quality spread throughout the competition.
This is simply not the case with Spain. Barcelona and Madrid play scintillating football, and I would choose to watch them over most teams.
However, La liga is not just a two teamed league. There are other outstanding teams in the league that are capable of hurting other teams in and outside the league e.g Sevilla trashed Manchester United in the pre season 3-1. Malaga reached a reasonable point in last season's UEFA Champions League before there water loo. Why say La liga is a boring League? Do people say this out of inferiority mindset of their clubs or what?

It depends on the angle you are looking at it from. It could be said to be boring considering the fact that just two teams dominate the league i.e. make its easily predictable with no surprises. On the other hand, the fact that the average la liga team plays good, interesting and attacking football makes it interesting.
