As in (i) above plus a minimum of three (3) years cognate teaching experience b. As in (i) above plus a Masters degree c. Pharm. D plus professional registration 3. Lecturer I a. MBBS, plus possession of the final or part II of the relevant fellowship certificate. For Pharmacist, Masters degree and Pharm d. plus professional registration. b. Ph.D plus professional registration. 4. Senior Lecturer, Reader and Professor As in Lecturer I (a) and (b) above plus appropriate number of scholarly publications as evidence of good research ability plus three years residency at each level. 5. Senior Lecturer (as applicable to medical staff) a. MBBS plus possession of the final or Part II of the relevant fellowship certificate e.g. FNMC/Feliow of Nigeria or West African Medical College and preferably a Ph.D from a recognized university plus eight foreign index journal articles of which six must be in print. b. Ph.D plus a registration with eight foreign index journal articles out of which six must be in print. QUALIFICATION FOR TECHNOLOGIST/ TECHNICIAN CADRE i. Higher Technical Officer I Technologist II a. B.Sc/HND/HNC with NYSC b.Full Technological Certificate or its equivalent registerable with relevant professional body, 3 years residency. ii Senior Technical Officer/ Technologist I a.
